Meet Mrs. Brittney Watson. She and her husband make such a beautiful couple!
Brittney first contacted us 5 months before her wedding, after she came accross some photos of our makeovers on social media. We didn't get to meet her until the morning of her wedding. She had a morning wedding so we started at 7am with 3 artists on board; Bisi, Lena and Kay. We were able to get all the ladies ready in time and they all looked flawless! Tell us a little bit about how he proposed?
He proposed at my birthday dinner. My family usually plays a game called “Pass the Ketchup” where everyone would say how much the honored person means to them and he was the last person to go and that’s when he poured his love out for me and ask me to be Mrs. Watson.
When and where did you get married?
Our wedding was on September 27, 2014 ceremony at Full Gospel Christian Assemblies in Hazel Crest IL and our reception at Dinolfo’s of Mokena.
What made you choose Crystal-Eyez for your wedding makeup?
I found Crystal-Eyez via Instagram. I was looking for a really good makeup artist who could make me look extremely flawless. Once I seen the transformations that Bisi had done, I instantly fell in love with her work. I automatically trusted that her company would give me exactly what I was looking for.
How will you describe your wedding makeup look?
I would describe my makeup look to be “glamourously elegant”.
What advice do you have for future brides?
My advice for future brides would be to book Crystal-Eyez Makeup & Beauty as soon as you begin planning your wedding. They’re a HOT COMMODITY!
Brittney's only concern for her wedding day look was that she wanted all her blemishes covered and she wanted to look flawless. We decided on a simple and clean pink look. This is what I came up with and she loved it.
